Creative Activity

I have been a potter longer than I have been an anthropologist. My pottery-related activities include:
  • National and regional shows, including "Everyday Art" at the Kentuck Center in October 6-November 3, 2016
  • Publications
  • Gallery representation: Naked Art Gallery and Kentuck Center
  • Ethnographic research with Sasak potters of Indonesia
  • Clay workshops for children through the ARTS program
The Heart of the Craft by Quiet Films, in which I make a bowl.
